Introduction The melodramatic melodious genre is considerably based on certain conventions, by which the melodramatic plays obtain a radical structure which is earlier uncommonly rigid in literature. To give a basic composition of these conventions, an outline of this basic structure sh entirely be presented in chapter two. These conventions clear fulfilled the expectations on the part of the audience.
